We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, hands-on and strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across all product lines, including video and data communication systems for commercial and medical customers. This challenging role requires quick thinking, intelligence, existing knowledge, and is responsible for managing procurement, material planning, supplier relationships, inventory control, and logistics. The successful candidate will directly contribute to our operational efficiency, and will bring strong analytical capabilities, ERP system fluency (Sage), and experience operating in an ISO-certified environment.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, hands-on and strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across all product lines, including video and data communication systems for commercial and medical customers. BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and manage the Supply Chain team across purchasing, planning, logistics, and inventory control to ensure operational excellence.
- Own and execute material planning and full-cycle procurement for parts, consumables, and capital equipment to support both standard and custom production schedules.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, lead times, supplier performance, and supply continuity.
- Drive supplier qualification, performance monitoring, corrective actions (CAPA), and strategic negotiations to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Partner with Engineering to source alternate materials and suppliers, support new product introduction, and enable early supplier engagement during design phases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA/QC, Fulfillment, and Finance to align procurement efforts with technical and operational requirements.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material movement using Sage and Excel while actively supporting ERP transition efforts (e.g., QT9 implementation).
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends, demand forecasts, and lead times to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overages.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory frameworks across all procurement and vendor management activities.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, up-to-date supplier contracts, and clear documentation to support audits and quality systems.
- Support executive reporting by developing KPI dashboards and presenting quarterly supply chain reviews.
- Lead cost reduction and supply chain risk mitigation initiatives to support corporate growth and profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, planning, sourcing, materials, and supply chain management within regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or electronics).
- Professional certifications such as C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams in purchasing and planning functions.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-reduction skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can build strong relationships and is able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities while simultaneously managing multiple, complex projects and tasks.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, committed, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, evolving, high growth environment while adhering to aggressive deadlines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of BOM structures, material planning, and engineering change control processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, organizational, time and risk management skills, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently with very little supervision and work extended hours (as needed).
- Strong motivation and attitude for personal career growth, willingness to self-learn, and work in new technology domains.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Sage; familiarity with QT9 or similar systems is a plus.
- Background in high-tech or regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
